Basic characteristics
RESTAMO HOLDING a.s. was founded on 1st May 1992 according to Section 172 of the Commercial Code. The sole founder of the company was Fond narodniho majetku Äeske republiky (The National Property Fund of the Czech Republic), with its registered office at Prague 1, Gorkeho namesti 32, to which the property of Okresni stavebni podnik Chomutov (the Chomutov District Construction Enterprise) was transferred within the bounds of Section 11, Subsection 3 of Act No. 92/1991 Coll. on the Terms and Conditions of the Transfer of State Property to Other Parties.
The by-laws of the company were approved on 28th April 1992 in the deed of foundation, which took the form of a notarial record, whilst the members of the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board were also appointed.
RESTAMO HOLDING a.s. is entered in the Commercial Register kept at the Regional Court in Usti nad Labem under Section B, File 256. The registered office of the company is found in Chomutov at Prazska 585, Postcode 430 01.
